The room was lovely and vibrant. I really liked the little freebies in the room. The bed was SO comfy, and the shower was AMAZING!!!
The bathroom looked dirty with red spots on the floor. It looked like blood. I reported it to reception.

The hotel had a huge pool with a spacious relaxing area. It was excellent. rooms were modern, i noticed. breakfast offered a delicious buffet. There was a wide selection to choose from, i observed. there was lovely outdoor seating too. i could relax and enjoy the environment.
i noticed a slight draft near the external doors in the bar.

the staff were really helpful . the breakfast was nice (especially the bacon!). the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear conversations from the next room. the music from the bar was quite loud at times even late at night. my room faced the street, and there was some traffic noise.

This hotel was wonderful. staff were so lovely. the pool was huge and really spacious. I found the relaxing area especially great! rooms were modern, and the wedding reception plus food were fantastic.
i found the lack of regular plug sockets a bit inconvenient, though the provided adaptors were helpful.

The food selection in the restaurant was good with many options available. the buffet breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the variety of choices. mocktails were a great alternative for non-drinkers. the bar area was lively.

the staff were very friendly and hardworking (i really appreciated their help). toiletries in the bathroom were good quality. self check-in was efficient and well-organized. breakfast had a good variety of options.
my room did not have an internal phone system to contact reception directly. reporting issues required using an online system or walking to the front desk. a fridge would have been helpful for storing items.

the breakfast was really good, a welcome start to the day.
i encountered a pretty big problem regarding housekeeping. i put the request for the room to be cleaned on the door early. it was not serviced at all despite my request. towels remained wet on the floor all day because i thought it would be taken care of.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Chef Craig catered to my dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. The woman working in the restaurant on Friday morning was an absolute angel! Everything was in order.
The room became really hot. Even with the window open during the night, it remained somewhat uncomfortable.

The receptionist offered a warm welcome and provided an excellent initial impression. Ladies at the gym and pool reception were wonderful too. They ensured every need was met. All staff were so nice.

The pool area maintained a perfect temperature! A lifeguard was on duty. This added to the safety. The gym offered great facilities. The pool was excellent. I found it clean.

Breakfast was lovely and very well organised! The food was so good for a pub restaurant. The chef deserves praise for his excellent preparation. I would dine here again.
